Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to WCAG 2.1 AA, the European Accessibility Act, the ADA and the UK Equality Act.

Last updated: 14 October 2026.

Business Cards Store and its partner Let’s Connect Card Ltd aim to make this website and the associated digital-profile service usable by as many people as possible, including customers with visual, auditory, motor and cognitive disabilities.

Standards we target

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the technical baseline for our website and digital-profile interface.
  • European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) — applicable to e-commerce services in the EU from 28 June 2025.
  • UK Equality Act 2010 and the US Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III for reasonable-accommodation obligations.

Measures currently in place

  • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) on every page.
  • Keyboard-navigable interactive elements with visible focus rings.
  • Labels on icon-only buttons and social links; alt text on product imagery.
  • Colour contrast tokens chosen to meet WCAG AA against the main background.
  • Form fields with associated labels and announced error messages.
  • Sequential heading hierarchy for screen-reader navigation.
  • Layouts from 320px wide upwards, with large tap targets on primary controls.

Known limitations

  • Some older images may lack descriptive alt text — we are working through them.
  • The interactive 3D card view loads only on request and falls back to a static image.
  • Third-party checkout components are outside our direct control; their vendors publish their own accessibility statements.
